Services
Golo Guide LLC provides marketing services to clients in various industries, including but not limited to restaurants, ecommerce, doctor offices, hiring firms, solar installation companies, hair salons, boat charters, vacation villa rentals, and more. Our services include marketing strategy, ads management, SEO, email/SMS campaigns, and other related services.
Payment
We require a monthly retainer upfront and payment is due at the start of service, with recurring billing due around the same time every month. Clients are responsible for all fees and charges associated with our services, and payment must be made on time to avoid any disruptions or penalties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or late payment.
Guarantees and Warranties
Golo Guide LLC does not offer any guarantees or warranties for our services. While we strive to provide high-quality services to all our clients, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Refunds and Cancellations
Once service has been started, we do not offer any refunds. Clients can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ information and data. We do not share any confidential information or client data with third parties, except as required by law or with the client’s permission.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Golo Guide LLC complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws and advertising standards.
Disclaimer
Golo Guide LLC is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by clients as a result of using our services. Clients are solely responsible for their own business decisions.
Modification:
Golo Guide LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
